Kieran Murphy is a Member of the Secretariat at the Financial Stability Board, Basel, working on the implementation of the FSB cross-border payments roadmap including supporting the ongoing public consultation on targets. He is seconded from the Central Bank of Ireland having previously been seconded to the European Central Bank, where he most recently was a senior oversight expert responsible for overseeing pan-European payment systems.
